Convenient beachfront location, friendly and helpful staff, delicious breakfast with various options, comfortable bed, quiet room.

The spacious and comfortable room was awesome, with all the amenities we needed including robes, slippers, and a Nespresso machine. The breakfast was delicious with a good mix of hot and cold options. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. I would highly recommend The Charm Brighton Boutique Hotel & Spa for a wonderful experience.

The location of the hotel was fantastic, right on the seafront, and within a 7-minute walk to Brighton pier. The room was spacious, modern, and clean, with a balcony offering a side sea view. The staff were attentive and friendly, providing excellent service throughout our stay. The breakfast was perfectly cooked and presented, and the facilities in the hotel, including the spa treatments, were top-notch.

Finding parking in the area was a frustrating experience, and I wish the hotel had been more honest about the limited parking availability.

The Charm hotel provided excellent service and a comfortable stay. The staff were friendly and professional, and the manager went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The room, especially room number 26 in the basement, was amazing with a huge bed, two TVs, a small living room area, and a fantastic bathroom with the best shower I have ever seen in a hotel. The breakfast selection was marvelous, with both a self-service option and a traditional English breakfast available. The location of the hotel was also convenient, close to the beach, pier, and main streets, with easy access to public transportation.

Felt that it is secure, no complaints at all.

Upon arrival, we were greeted with a warm and friendly reception that set the tone for our luxurious stay. This hotel offers exclusive amenities that catered to our every need. the spa and wellness centre provided a full body massage that was both relaxing and rejuvenating. Our room had a spacious and cozy design that allowed us to unwind in comfort. In-room breakfast was a great touch, and the bar/lounge area provided a classy atmosphere for us to enjoy a nightcap.

Our only minor issue was the location. Despite being walking distance from local attractions, finding parking was difficult without a permit.

This hotel is a luxurious haven in the heart of the city. the exclusive Spa & wellness centre and full body massage were just what I needed to relax. the room was spacious and had many exclusive amenities, making me feel truly pampered. In-room breakfast was a delight and the bar/lounge area was elegant and sophisticated.

The only minor issue was with the service. Although the staff was friendly, I felt they were a bit slow to respond to requests.

Location: Great location near Brighton pier, easy walking distance to everything. Breakfast: Amazing breakfast, with poached eggs and toast on request. Staff: Lovely and helpful staff.
